Position: Collection Officer

Description: First & Third party debt collections. Collect on accounts that are 6 months – 18 months past due. Accounts are for pay day loans and credit cards. 90% outbound calling.

Requirements: Must have at least 6 months collection experience. Must be able to sit on the telephone for long periods of time. Need to be a self-starter and can work under little supervision.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 10AM – 8PM

Compensation: Commission plus $9-$13 per hour. Hourly depends on experience.

Location: I-35 and Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa
