Tuck (Tucker) is a 1 year-old red male dachshund, with gorgeous fringy hair. His former owners took him to a veterinarian to be put to sleep because they could not house train him. Tuck is coming along fabulously with his house training with his foster mom, but will of course need continued guidance and positive reinforcement in any home he goes to. Tuck is a lap dog and also gets along well with his house full of Basset friends! (Tuck would like ot get his hands on a kitty or a chicken or a rodent of any kind, so we suggest he go to a home with dogs as the only other animal.) Tuck is still a young dog with lots of playful energy and a happy attitude about life. He would love to go to a home with other dogs to be able to play. He is almost housebroke and is great with children. looking for a loving home where he can receive all the attention that he deserves. Just look at that face! Adoption fee: $250
