Safety Pros USA is Regulatory & Compliance Professional Company based in Ames, Iowa. Safety Pros USA is a leader is providing safety services, written programs, training classes and jobsite inspections in Central Iowa.
We are currently hiring for multiple part-time Safety Professionals, familiar in consultation, training, facility audits and shut-down work in Construction and/or General Industry.
Primary responsibilities include inspecting properties such as buildings, industrial operations, vehicles, and recreational facilities to evaluate physical conditions, safety practices and hazardous situations. Observe business operations and evaluate management practices to determine if safety issues and hazards affecting insurance premium are adequately controlled. Prepares written reports of findings and generates system recommendations for correction of unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Create client-specific solutions and train OSHA required classes as well as industry-specific training.
· Must have 1 year experience
· Must have thorough understanding of the OSHA Construction and General Industry Standards.
· Sales experience a plus
