Also For Your Consideration For the past several Years I have traveled the BBQ competition circuit and had a great time of it. We won some titles, ribbons and hardware to go with them and made some wonderful friends. But for health reasons I can no longer do this...sigh... If you are interested in having rich robust taste of down home smoked BBQ. I can Do It for you. I can provide the meat or I am willing to smoke yours, providing that it meets all the standards of the Iowa Food Code. Prices vary by quantity and quality of meat to be Smoked. Brisket, Pork Butts, Whole Hog, Pork Loin, Ribs, Turkey ... you name it I have have smoked it.
