Negotiator ( Can Work from Home)
Must be computer-user proficient including using MS Word, MS Excel, email and able to learn Adobe Acrobat Pro. Must be self-motivated, tenacious, organized and have good communication and people skills. Problem solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box is extremely helpful.
This position requires substantial sitting time in front of the computer while being on the phone. This person will primarily work out of their home. They must have their own computer with DSL or higher speed connectivity to the internet. Electronic fax capability via the internet will be provided. Training will also be provided if needed, as we are looking for the right people, which we believe are our most important resource. Previous bank and or realty experience a plus. Potential opportunity to advance based on performance.
Commission based pay, no sales.
Duties Include:
Assemble, prepare and fax all required documents to the banks.
Contact banks daily and respond as needed to get Short Sale processed and achieve goal of obtaining approval letters.
Order Payoff letters.
Update Realeflow website including Notes, Tasks, Documents and Negotiation
Contact investor/buyers as needed. Includes contacting them when bank first counteroffers to let them know to wrap up C offer / purchase.
Suggest counteroffers and forward to Case Manager for approval.
Negotiate with the bank final sale price and terms and provide all paperwork as required such as HUD-1, Purchase Agreement or Options contract etc.
