MAINTENANCE TECHINICIAN

Regional Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a full time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing building maintenance and repair and may perform unit make-ready duties for Section 8/Low Income Housing Tax Credit apartments in Boone, IA.

All applicants must have the ability; knowledge and skill top perform essential functions. HVAC certification is preferred. Previous property management maintenance experience is required. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and complete all physical tasks as needed.
