Thoughtful and minimalist approach to repair and restoration of tube guitar amps, priced for the working musician. I try and only tackle one project at a time, that way I can devote my entire attention to one and one only amp, and that is the one on the bench in front of me. For various and sundry reasons I have more time available lately so it's your time to have a chat about your gear and what ails it.

Never a "bench fee" for evaluating a problem. No extra charges for working on printed circuit amps. I hate people who dream up that kind of stuff.

I buy broken and sick guitar amps, or even just unloved or unused tube guitar amps. No make too lame. I can even be tempted by vintage solid state, if it's Baldwin, Power Sonic, or Teisco.

I've still got my Ampeg R-12R reissue and it is still as tasty as before: 40w, all tube, reverb and drive channel, single 12" Ampeg branded Eminence speaker, in very good cosmetic and operating condition. Easily adjustable bias. American made.
