I'm a long time painter and wallpaper hanger from the Ames area. I am very accomplished and knowledgeable about the business and have many satisfied customers that can be used for reference. I'm now downsized to where I do the work myself or with one or two others, but in the past I've run crews of 5 or 6. I've done new furniture stores, restaurants, car dealerships, banks, real estate offices, but mostly houses; lots and lots of houses, you name it. I have two college degrees and know how to effectively deal with people. In addition to the usual painting, I do wallpaper, faux finishes, wood graining, small carpentry and drywall patches, some texturing, woodwork staining and finishing, etc. I'm not the cheapest painter in town but I'm a long way from the most expensive. I believe I give great value for my work. I've been told (after the fact of course) that I work too cheap much more often than that I'm to expensive. What do you have to lose?
